Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

Tawlla is a platform that lets customers book tables at partner restaurants in Tunisia and benefit from time-based discounts defined by the restaurants.

2. Reservations

• Booking is free. No payment is collected by the platform.
• A reservation is personal and valid for the date, time and number of guests indicated.
• Some restaurants confirm reservations manually; the reservation is final only once confirmed.

3. Discounts

• Discounts are defined by each restaurant and apply only to the eligible items stated in the offer (food, food and drinks or entire bill), excluding listed exclusions.
• The discount percentage is applied by the restaurant to the eligible items of the actual bill.
• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless the restaurant states otherwise.

4. Cancellation and no-show

Customers can cancel free of charge until the deadline shown on the reservation. Repeated no-shows may lead to account suspension.

5. Reviews

Only customers whose visit has been verified by the restaurant can publish a review. Reviews must be honest and respectful; the platform may moderate unlawful content.

6. Liability

Restaurants are solely responsible for the services they provide. The platform acts as an intermediary.

7. Prices and taxes

Prices are expressed in Tunisian dinars (TND), taxes included where applicable.
